Sanjeev Kumar FIH, Founder -  HOSPI Sigma™, A hospitality veteran with 30+ years across Taj/ITC/Starwood/Premier Inn, and a transformation leader in UK financial services (ex-Lloyds Banking Group). He founded HOSPI Sigma™ to bring practical Lean Six Sigma to hotels—focusing on fast flow, first-time-right service, and measurable guest delight.

HOSPI Sigma™ (HHOSPI SIGMAA) is the branded name for the Unified Lean Six Sigma–based programme created exclusively for the hospitality industry.

Priya Vishwanathan, Board Advisor & Principal Consultant Priya Vishwanathan brings over 35 years of leadership experience with IHCL (Tata Group), with deep expertise in hospitality growth, brand strategy, and operational excellence. She has played a key role in scaling brands such as ama Stays & Trails and has led initiatives across brand standardisation, business operations, and customer experience. 

 A former Senior Assessor for the Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM), Priya has evaluated over 100 hotels and Tata Group companies, bringing a strong focus on quality, consistency, and performance. At HOSPI Sigma™, she advises on industry alignment, brand positioning, and capability development, helping bridge the gap between hospitality education and real-world execution.

Dr. Shweta Mathur CHE, Academic Advisor & Outreach Partner Dr. Shweta Mathur is an accomplished hospitality academic and educator with over 20 years of experience across India and Canada, including 15 years within the NCHMCT/IHM ecosystem. She specialises in hospitality and tourism education, sustainable tourism, experiential learning, and industry-integrated teaching.
